In Japan, there are as few as two gun-related homicides per year. TWO. In the United States, there are more than 10,000 every year. Sixty percent of all homicides in the US take place with guns.
And don’t confront me with your Second Amendment bullshit either. What well-regulated militia was this morning’s shooter a part of? Which well-regulated militia did the Clackamas shooter belong to? Right. The right to bear arms is not the same thing as “the right to own as many high-powered hunting-grade weaponry as I want.” We need an assault weapons ban. Period.

This is exactly what i wanted to hear from someone. Why is it even legal for persons to own a gun. I understand if it is something that comes with your wardrobe from work. I sometimes watch national geographic (doomsdatpreppers) and i see parents teaching their children how to use one of those. This is just an example. I feel like we dont have this problem in belgium, considering its even illegal to own a bb gun.

Something obvious

I really am sorry for the loss of those children that died in that shooting and I dont want to be disrespectful. But I seriously cant understand why this drama passes like through whole tumblr in less than a few days. I just searched some tags and you know only a few posts were made in honor for the 22 children and 6 adults that died in a swiss school bus crash. The kids were from Belgium and thats probably the idea of the rant(cs im dutch) and 70%(if not more) here is probably from America so I get the statistic results but it still bothers me. And I guess there are a lot of other cases but I just wanted to get lost of this shit that was in my head seeing all the dedication to them.

My mom took me shopping today (for christmas) to those chic outlet shoppingvillages and seriously i came home depressed. Didnt buy anything and not because i felt fat or something but seriously i dont know how to pay for those clothes uuugh so pretty :( although i probably should have bought those burberry shoes cs they werent that expensive but im sooo crazy with money either spent it or save it. I hate my life.
